Sky – Relaunching the New Sky Box Digital Campaign
Sky needed to re-ignite excitement for the New Sky Box after uptake stalled. Customers were either hesitant to upgrade or unconvinced it offered a better experience. The challenge was to shift perception — positioning the Sky Box as “the search is over” and the best way to enjoy the content they love, at a great deal.
The creative messaging and eDM design direction introduced bold new campaign territories that felt modern, disruptive, and customer-first.
Moving away from the tried-and-true boxy templates, the campaign charted a fresh, highly visual approach made for scrolling fingers.
The result was a clean, less-is-more design system that delivered straightforward content without overwhelming or overselling — ensuring the Sky Box looked and felt like the next-generation experience it truly is.
